Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of experience leading digital operations, systems integration, and asset management teams in transportation, municipal infrastructure, airports, ports, or rail sectors. Proven expertise in ATIS, ITS, and enterprise asset management. Professional Engineering registration (e.g., P.Eng. ), or eligibility for registration. Experience with standards such as AREMA, ISO, CENELEC, MIL-STD, and IEEE. Knowledge of P3 and other contractual models for transportation infrastructure projects. Excellent client support and engagement skills, with a record of successful stakeholder collaboration. Superior written and verbal communication skills; experienced in building high-performing, diverse teams. Proven ability to manage the design, implementation, and optimization of information systems and workflow processes, including compliance with ISO19650 and similar standards. Results-oriented, fast learner, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced project environments with keen attention to detail. Demonstrated innovation in developing and deploying digital solutions for transportation and municipal operations.
