The Navadian CHALLENGE

Plan digital projects according to available budgets, timelines, and resources Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, innovation, operations, suppliers) Organize and lead follow-up meetings, and manage risks and changes Track project progress and document variances in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) Prepare progress reports and performance indicators for steering committees Gather and analyze business needs, and oversee implementation and deployment phases Coordinate training, post-implementation support, and adoption follow-up Identify and implement continuous improvements to processes and tools

You profile:

University degree in project management, information technology, engineering, or any related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital projects Proven consistency, analytical approach and collaborative leadership
