Eligibility Criteria

Enrolled full or part- time at an ELIGIBLE Canadian college or university

following a course of study that leads to a degree, diploma, or certificate.*

Responsibilities

Champion the implementation of a software solution that will streamline our freight forwarding and logistics processes. Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve overall operations. Collaborate with management and operations teams to identify workflow pain points and design smart solutions. Assist in testing, onboarding, and documenting the new systems for smooth adoption. Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to logistics and supply chain automation.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related fields. Strong interest in process automation, AI tools, and logistics technology. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to research and adapt new technologies quickly. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain is a plus (but not required).
