Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Digital Transformation Analyst (12-month contract) in Healthcare Distribution Operations. This role is based in Markham, Ontario.

Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group is part of Johnson & Johnson\'s global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Deliver strives to provide an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. It supports all sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Devices (including Vision) and Pharmaceutical. We are currently recruiting for a Digital Transformation Analyst within our Distribution Operations team who is passionate about defining analytics strategies and translating these strategies into measurable business results. Our function spans across the entire Supply Chain enterprise. This wide scope will enable you to work with various internal and external partners to help identify viable and advanced analytics opportunities and then conceive, develop, and implement data-focused analytical solutions to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design descriptive to predictive analytical dashboards and tools to improve our operational efficiency, improve customer service, and reduce cost
  • Act as an analytics subject matter expert for the Distribution team.
  • Apply project management skills (Lean, FPX, Agile, etc.) to effectively deliver analytics use cases to the business, on time and as expected
  • Collaborate and communicate across our extended team and primary stakeholders to deploy analytics use cases, inclusive of our performance management dashboard, to drive adoption of new capabilities and retire old processes
  • Introduce new ideas to shift our organizations ways of working, improving speed to insight
  • Support the ongoing development and deployment of our Analytics Enablement.
  • Cultivate and develop partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive process improvement and automation
  • Drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases within the E2E supply chain
  • Use innovative technologies to solve complex business problems
  • Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain business end-to-end
Qualifications
  • Minimum of bachelor\'s degree required; MBA/advanced degree and/or focused degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Business preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience required
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard development in Power BI or Tableau required
  • Experience or solid understanding of cloud-based databases technologies such as Alteryx, SQL, Data Warehouse Architecture, Microsoft Azure, and/or Amazon Web Services required
  • Advanced proficiency of various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated business results in optimizing business processes required
  • Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience with technologies which have growing Deliver business importance like Power Automate, R, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, etc. preferred
  • Process Excellence experience/training or certification (Lean, Six Sigma, FPX, Agile, etc.) preferred
  • Significant amount of time will be spent working on a computer
