Access Flow Products is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Web Designer / IT Resource to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of our digital platforms. This dynamic role is critical in building a self-serve customer web portal, developing internal dashboards with Power BI, and managing EDI systems. The successful candidate will also lead initiatives to integrate online sales channels such as Amazon, and support drop shipping operations through third-party retail websites.
Key Responsibilities: Web Development & Portal Support
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of a customer-facing self-serve web portal.
- Manage and update corporate website content with a focus on modern, intuitive design and user experience.
- Work cross-functionally to define portal features, workflows, and integration points with internal systems.
Data & Business Intelligence
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and internal reports using Power BI, supporting sales, operations, and leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and performance of BI tools and assist with data governance efforts.
- Collaborate with team leads to define KPIs and streamline data visualization for key business decisions.
eCommerce & Systems Integration
- Integrate Amazon sales channels, including product listings, order flow, and inventory synchronization.
- Support setup and execution of drop shipping operations for partner retail platforms like Home Depot Canada and others.
- Maintain EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems and ensure connectivity with trading partners.
- Provide ongoing support for system integrations between ERP, CRM, and web platforms to enhance automation and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web design/development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; CMS experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, retail channel integrations, or dropship platform setup.
- Understanding of EDI systems, eCommerce integrations, and API-based data exchange.
- Strong project management, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience in the industrial, wholesale distribution, or B2B sectors is a strong asset.
Working Style:
- Self-driven and collaborative, able to manage technical projects while engaging with non-technical teams.
- Comfortable in a hybrid role supporting web, IT systems, analytics, and digital sales enablement.
- Reports directly to our General Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to our Canadian Sales Manager, contributing to both operations and sales team initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
