Overview:
The Digital Programs Specialist role presents an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, family-owned leader in consumer household cleaning products. In this position, you'll support the Sr. Digital Ecommerce Manager in developing, executing, and managing the digital marketing strategy and daily operations of Bissell.ca. This includes tasks such as website maintenance, promotional calendar management, and performance reporting. This role primarily focuses on driving growth for the direct-to-consumer business through BISSELL.ca while also supporting Retail.ca with content and design needs. The ideal candidate will bring experience in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer sales, Email, Affiliate, SMS and social media marketing, contributing to impactful digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
Works closely with the Sr. Digital Ecommerce Manager to support day-to-day operations of bissell.ca, ensuring that content, promotions, pricing, digital marketing campaigns and new products are launched accurately and on time.
Oversee and execute email campaigns, manage marketing automation workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns and ensure full ownership and optimization of the email channel.
Manage communication with our integration partners WunderKind, Media team, Affiliates regarding weekly campaigns and price updates.
Utilizes Google Analytics 4 and Salesforce Analytics to report results against KPIs, analyze behavior and recommend areas for improvement.
Work with Sr. Digital Ecommerce Manager and BHI to develop and implement social media strategy for the BISSELL including seasonal and evergreen content, as well as product launch-specific strategies and oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
+ Work with Sr. Digital Ecommerce Manager to maintain a comprehensive calendar of product/promotions for all digital communications - web, social, email, mobile, etc.
+ Update as needed, throughout the year, to reflect changes in strategy, product portfolio, and performance of past digital programs and promos.
+ Work with Consumer Care on community management (Facebook, Instagram, Google business, etc)
Support and manage the affiliate marketing program, driving growth and optimizing performance. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and affiliates to ensure the program aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content on both BISSELL.ca and Retail.ca. Assist with enhanced content and media asset development/optimization.
Modify and adapt content, such as images and creatives, for the Canadian market. Assist with ad-hoc content support requests for specific retail events.
Audit and update product detail pages on an ongoing basis on Bissell.ca.
Responsible for leading digital content execution and managing ongoing site experience across multiple touch points.
Ownership of the review syndication process across retail channels by managing and overseeing the integration and distribution of customer reviews through platforms such as Bazaarvoice and PowerReviews. This involves ensuring that reviews are consistently shared and displayed accurately across partner sites, optimizing the visibility and impact of customer feedback on retail platforms.
Availability for occasional after-hours support to address critical tasks or system updates.
