What You'll Do
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience, the Digital Product Owner, Advisor Tools will help
support delivery and maintenance of our proposal tools to help evolve Fidelity's digital experience to better serve our customers. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that Fidelity's Digital
Marketing products and platforms are developed so that they meet the goals of driving business
results, integrating data, delighting users, with a future-proof approach including for AI, and that they continuously evolve to meet changing market demands and new opportunities. With this mandate, they own the product backlog to deliver features and enhancements that achieve those goals.
As the member of the team primarily responsible for driving a process of Continuous Discovery and
Delivery, it is the Digital Product Owner, Advisor tools that is primarily responsible for ensuring that
all product risks are identified early and continuously through the product development lifecycle, that all key stakeholders (including, but not limited to: Marketing, Product, Sales, Corporate Affairs,
Advanced Analytics, Development, QA, DevOps, Operations, Compliance) are engaged continuously and collaboratively, driving toward each release or deliverable throughout the product lifecycle.Own product roadmap, feature delivery following Agile best practices. Orchestrating implementation pipeline by owning the product backlog Participate in regular scrum meetings, sharing updates on backlog items, implementations, and roadmap refinements. Help implement streamlined scoping processes and governance mechanisms to minimize delays and support adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends to support continuous improvement and innovation. Actively assess and mitigate product risk (financial, partner, marketing, sales, legal and ethical risks) including ownership of Proposal tools and fund data integrations on Fidelity.ca Support and implement technical enhancements to advisor tools to manage deliver exceptional client experience. Conducting regular group exercises to identify opportunities for incremental functional improvements for Advisor tools Monitor and gather feedback from clients, Sales and data insights to influence the feature roadmap Setting and tracking product success metrics and being accountable for how and when product enhancements are released into production as Product Owner Detailed documentation on features, business, technical and model requirements created and/or kept up-to-date for any new or existing tools/integrations.

What We're Looking For:Completed University Degree (bachelor's degree) in Marketing, Business, Arts, Math, IT/Engineering or equivalent work experience 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, computer science, digital analytics, or digital customer experience (DCX) working with the Mutual Fund and ETF Investment industry Deep expertise within digital product management as a product owner with working knowledge of Agile 2+ years working as a product owner, business analyst or technical role 3+ years in large scale technology implementations or website redesign across an organization 3+ years managing large-scale web or platform implementations within marketing, financial services, or advisor enablement

Nice to Have:Experience supporting advisor tools or proposal platforms in asset management or financial services Exposure to data-driven personalization or recommendation systems Experience/ basic knowledge of Decibel, Medallia, Salesforce, Snowflake and Marketo is an asset Experience with IOS and Android mobile application development practices (i.e., native, hybrid, or both)

The Expertise You BringExperience creating agile product roadmaps, backlogs, business case development and ROI reporting Demonstrated comfort with data integrations and documenting systems/processes (Salesforce, Snowflake, databases, etc.) Awareness of risk, control, and compliance processes in regulated financial institutions Experience contributing to UX testing and continuous discovery processes Experience with user analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Product strategy development driven by business goals, key metrics and outcomes Experience in user behavioral analytics tools and methodologies Excellent communication and leadership skills, both written and oral The ability to drive consensus amongst key stakeholders Leadership and presentation skills to passionately articulate product vision throughout the organization.
