We're looking for a Digital Product Manager, D2C to join our Digital Integration & Web Experience team. The ideal candidate will have existing direct-to-consumer product management experience with a proven record of launching consumer goods. They must have a strong understanding of marketing principles, a drive to exceed expectations and a keen ability to digest data and turn it into actionable insights. We expect you to be experienced in most areas of eCommerce, while bringing fresh ideas to the team.

The Digital Product Manager, eCommerce will report to the Digital eCommerce Manager and will be instrumental in leading product launches while identifying and developing marketing opportunities that support our Direct-to-Consumer business. This role requires a passion for data and a passion for all things eCommerce, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with multiple teams and deliver results.

Experience & Skills:



2-4 years' product manager or product marketing experience, preferably with an online consumer packaged goods company

Planning and launching consumer packaged goods for D2C

Website merchandising with a strong knowledge of product lifecycles

Experience planning and supporting marketing strategies

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, pull resources together, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Data-driven decision maker with a passion for turning insights into actionable results

Experience executing and evaluating multichannel promotions

Experience working with eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce experience a plus)

Understanding of UX prototyping, User & A/B Testing

Experience planning collateral materials for product pages

Strong SEO copy writing skills

Strong collaboration skills

Strong oral and written skills, ability to effectively communicate and influence

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, high level of motivation, and initiative

Bilingual with ability to read, write, and proof-read French a plus

Experience working in a large corporate environment is a plus

Experience with AI tools a plus

Education:



College Diploma, preferably in a Marketing or Business-related capacity

Responsibilities:



Lead and manage new product launches, including competitor and profitability assessment, pricing analysis, managing project timelines, raw material forecasting, SKU set-up, landing page layout and optimization (including writing product descriptions and producing creative briefs for design team)

Day-to-day management of assigned product portfolio

Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics that align with company goals and objectives

Translate customer insights and data into clear product requirements and specifications

Support Digital eCommerce Manager with planning and execution of marketing and promotional plans, and other tasks as required

Work with Web Program Specialist to ensure product pages are properly configured and optimized

Communicate progress, impact, and learnings across teams and stakeholders
