We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Product Senior Analyst to join our Customer Service & Channel Operations (CS/CO) organization within JOM Deliver. This role will shape digital strategies and capabilities for the organization while also managing the existing data and analytics infrastructure. Your contributions will significantly influence the data and digital strategy for North America CS/CO, driving regional representation by partnering with the Global Data/Analytics team and IT to ensure that North America priorities and requirements are effectively integrated within the broader scope. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will be essential to the day-to-day operations of U.S. order management activities and will be responsible for curating and maintaining the robust data and analytics infrastructure that is used across the CS/CO organization.
