Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Proactively leading the practice by executing our strategy and drive the development of new solutionsDevelop and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers at key clientsActing as a subject matter expert on client projectsPublish high impact thought leadership in the marketplaceIdentify and head opportunities to leverage technology solutions to drive greater efficiencies and effectiveness for both our clients and teamEstablish credibility with our clients by demonstrating expertise and knowledge of various aspects of procurement transformationsEngagement Management of full project lifecycles from inception to completionLead the delivery of large engagements (teams ranging from 4-25+) from initial assessment and business case development to full implementation and value creationManagement of engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgetingProactively identify, head pursuits, and proposal development including architecting innovative approaches and methodologiesCollaborate with PwC colleagues across other lines of services globally to identify best suitable solutions to service our clients needsCoach and develop members of your teamActively participate in staff recruitment and management activitiesExperiences and skills youll use to solveRelevant hands-on experience in a leadership role of a procurement function preferably in a consulting environmentDemonstrated knowledge of category management and strategic sourcing, procurement function strategy and operating model development and implementation, procurement function process and technology design and implementationDemonstrated knowledge selling and implementation of eProcurement or Source to Pay technology solutions, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP and / or Ivalua.Confident with building trusted executive relationships by demonstrating subject matter expertise in the procurement functionSuccess with developing new business, responding to proposals and heading complex bidsProven track record of managing and delivering complex, multi-faceted transformation projectsMotivated to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members and foster a productive teamwork environmentHighly capable with thought leadership, new business development and securing project extensions, including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing new business opportunitiesStrong knowledge and awareness of Procurement and technology trendsStrategic and creative thinking, excellent written, presentation, communication and influencing skillsA demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heardWhat to consider before applyingThis role has the option of being based out of our Montreal, Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver offices.When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an assetThe salary range* for this position is $162,200 - $216,200, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
