Digital Print & Embroidery Operator Associate

Company Overview:

URstore is a unique Online T-shirt Printing and Embroidery Co. located in the heart of Vancouver. We have a small but mighty team (in-house) selling, producing and delivering on-demand customized gear throughout North America. Our competitive advantages lie in our software systems and quick response production environment. URstore's customers order customized t-shirts, hoodies and other gear online with their own unique branding / artwork. We utilize the newest digital print and embroidery equipment to help efficiently produce and deliver orders quickly, all across North America.

Summary:

We are looking to add a self starter that can work at a fast pace in our production team. The candidate will be able to perform a variety of tasks each day while helping meet strict delivery schedules. You'll be able to take direction to learn our unique production systems and efficiently operate our specialized production equipment. You will be able to read and understand detailed specifications, have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi task and a 'good eye' for quality.

Experience is not necessarily required as we will train the 'right' candidate, but if you've had exposure previously to apparel decorating, it would be a nice to have.

Skills & Requirements:

- Ability to understand and execute written instructions precisely in English.
- Extremely detail-oriented while working at a fast pace.
- Be curious to ongoing process improvements to work efficiently.
- Comfortable with operating various pieces of machinery and equipment.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adobe software skills would be an asset.

Pay: $38,555.51-$41,600.00 per year
