Concretely, here is what you are going to do:

Develop digital campaign strategies Manage day-to-day customer relations; communications, projects, deliverables, presentations Train assistant-strategists and analysts Identify multi-service needs and upsell and innovation opportunities on accounts

To succeed in this position, you must:

Have relevant experience in the field, preferably in an agency environment Have a university degree in marketing, e-commerce, business intelligence or a related field Be comfortable managing all types of digital placements (Direct or Programmatic Banners, Social, Search, Retargeting, Native) and adservers (DoubleClick) Be a pro at reporting and data analysis (Google Analytics, Excel, Lookerstudio)

What you already have or are motivated to develop:

Project management skills for medium to large accounts Ability to mobilize a team around a project; Excellent Excel skills (we use Google Sheet) Thorough research and analysis skills Bilingualism in English and French, oral and written (to communicate regularly with an English-speaking clientele, including some of our customers and suppliers) In-depth knowledge of the Quebec media ecosystem
