We\xe2\x80\x99re a growing company looking for a creative, innovative, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing/Social Media Content Creator(on-site) for our Richmond Hill, ON location. You will leverage your expertise to drive the growth of the business by promoting solutions and managing online marketing, while fostering creativity to facilitate business expansion. The role: The candidate is responsible for coordinating and executing social & digital media marketing related projects; the primary focus of the position is to manage digital advertising campaigns for clients primarily on social media(Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube). The Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Lead. Responsibilities:

• Constantly create engaging posts/videos(reels,TikTok) for a variety of social media platforms.(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook)
• Manage all social media related tasks and provide exciting creative input to our social media strategy with alignment on marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Consistency engage with customers and followers on all social media platforms. In doing so, also establishing relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network and potential collaborations.
• Constantly communicate current social media trends and relevant research to Marketing Lead.
• Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, growth and engagement performance across all accounts
• Develop and manage marketing budgets

What You Bring to the Table

• Degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field
• 3+ years experience in digital/social media or in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English
• Experience with Social Medias (IG, FB, Tiktok, Youtuber)
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with keen attention to detail.
• Organization and structure, willing to work collaboratively as a team and independently
• Experience with E-commerce Management/Email Marketing / SMS Marketing Experience.

Good to have:

• Experience in Photography/Videography is an asset.
• Graphic design experience and ability to follow brand guidelines is an asset.
• Fluency in Secondary languages is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits:
