Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage all digital advertising, lead generation, tracking systems, and online marketing operations for a home service company. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of managing performance-based campaigns.

Only candidates with advanced, hands-on digital marketing experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising



Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads

Build full-funnel lead generation systems for local service-based businesses

Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting

Manage monthly ad budgets and deliver measurable results

Tracking & Analytics



Set up and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Search Console

Build custom events, conversion tracking, call tracking, and form tracking

Develop dashboards and performance reports

Landing Pages & Funnel Building



Build and optimize landing pages and funnels to increase conversion rates

Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

Manage website updates and on-page improvements

SEO



Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization

Perform technical SEO tasks and implement local SEO strategies

Optimize Google Business Profile and improve local ranking

CRM & Operations



Manage CRM systems, pipelines, and follow-up sequences

Ensure lead flows, forms, and integrations function correctly

Monitor lead quality and provide performance insights

Requirements:

Experience



3+ years of full-time digital marketing experience

2+ years hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns

2+ years Meta Ads experience

Direct experience generating leads for local service-based industries

Experience managing $2,000-$10,000/month advertising budgets

Experience building high-converting funnels and landing pages

Technical Skills



Proficiency with:

Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager Google Search Console WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS
Strong SEO skills (technical + local)

Ability to build tracking systems independently

Strong copywriting and analytical skills

Education



3-5 years equivalent experience with proven results
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Victoria, BC V8N 1Y1
