We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Paid Social and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), with a proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns that drive demand generation and meet business objectives. You will be instrumental in managing our paid digital presence, ensuring we maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tactical plans for Paid Social and Search campaigns, including audience creation, campaign setup, execution, and detailed reporting across all relevant channels.
Monitor campaign pacing and performance against Brand goals and objectives, providing ongoing optimization recommendations and using both quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure campaign impact.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a range of Paid Social channels and Search Ads platforms.
Manage day-to-day campaign operations, partnering closely with our creative and PR agencies to execute strategies that unlock growth and improve performance.
Create and manage highly-effective paid campaigns for social media and Google Search Ads, utilizing A/B split testing and audience segmentation to achieve optimal Click-Through Rates (CTR).
Own the creation, management, and reporting for all campaign lead generation activities.
Utilize and analyze data from frequently used analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). This includes the creation, monitoring, and performance reporting of UTM links within GA4.
Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers as needed to gather, compare, and integrate third-party data and statistics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation and digital marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing paid social and Google Search campaigns.
Superior project management and cross-functional communication abilities.
A strong interest in emerging digital trends and web technologies.

Compensation Range: $65,000-$80,000 annually with full benefits
