Position Summary:




As a Digital Marketing Specialist, PC Services, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition for PC Insurance and The Mobile Shop. We are seeking a results-oriented individual to assist with the digital and full-funnel marketing strategies for PC Services. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving growth through engaging content, strategic paid media initiatives, and targeted campaigns across various digital channels. You'll leverage your deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and your ability to translate data into actionable insights to inform decisions. As a strong collaborator, you'll work effectively with cross-functional teams, adeptly working on multiple priority projects to achieve your goals.


This role sits within the broader Digital Acquisition function and focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing performance media campaigns across paid social, paid search, organic search, and related digital channels. With a strong foundation in data and analytics, you'll work to translate business goals into media deliverables and marketing strategies that are performance-driven, insight-backed, and aligned to business goals.

What You'll Do:




Digital Media Strategy & Execution

Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to optimize paid media campaigns across Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Social (Meta, LinkedIn) platforms, targeting prospective customers for PC Insurance products and The Mobile Shop wireless offerings. Monitor the elements that make up media campaigns in partnership with media agency to ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-budget, and on-target. Write and iterate on high-performing media and creative briefs that support full-funnel strategies tailored to customer segments. Conduct A/B testing of targeting, creative and ad copy variations to optimize performance and improve key metrics. Manage content matrices, ensuring teams are provided with assets needed to execute campaigns in a timely manner. Help execute organic content strategy aimed at improving SEO performance of The Mobile Shop and PC Insurance websites.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like GA4 and Tableau, translating data into insights and actionable strategies that drive applications and conversions. Track and report on key acquisition metrics (clicks, applications, conversions, CPA, ROAS) for both PC Insurance and The Mobile Shop. Collaborate on weekly/monthly reporting, maintaining dashboards and performance reviews for internal stakeholders. Implement and monitor tracking and enhanced conversion setup to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal teams including Digital Acquisition, Product, Creative, Analytics, and Media Strategy to build and launch integrated campaigns. Collaborate with external partners and vendors including Loblaw Media, Meta, and Google to align on campaign execution and best practices. Support SEO collaboration efforts to align keyword strategy and ensure cohesive messaging across paid and organic channels.

Optimization & Test-and-Learn Culture

Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize audience targeting, creative performance, landing page effectiveness, and bidding strategies. Continuously identify opportunities to scale campaigns, lower costs, and improve conversion rates across both lines of business. Maintain a pulse on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to recommend new testing opportunities and innovations.

What you bring



3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on Paid Social, Paid Search, and performance media. Deep understanding of digital acquisition funnels, customer segmentation, and direct response best practices. Working knowledge of Google, Meta and analytics platforms. SQL (BigQuery is a plus). Demonstrated success in managing high-performance media campaigns in financial services, insurance, telecom, or similarly regulated industries. Proven ability to synthesize data into strategic insights, with clear, actionable recommendations. A collaborative, self-directed problem-solver with a test-and-learn mindset and strong communication skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment that values continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration. You actively keep informed of the latest updates and developments in the world of media marketing Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or Analytics. Google Ads and/or Meta certification a strong asset.
