Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create compelling content (copy, graphics, videos) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Write persuasive and engaging email copy to drive engagement and conversions.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with company goals.
Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing and email marketing.
Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
