You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand stands out online and connects with the right audiences in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owner) industry.




In this role, your responsibilities will include:




You'll manage and optimize our website content

using

WordPress

, ensuring every page is up-to-date, on-brand, and fully optimized for

SEO

and user experience.

You'll oversee digital asset management,

organizing and maintaining our library of images, videos, and documents so everything is current, accessible, and properly licensed -on Bynder.

You'll coordinate digital marketing campaigns working with the demand team

across multiple channels, including social media, paid search, and email, to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic for our products.

You'll own our social media presence,

creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring interactions, and adjusting tactics to maximize reach and impact.

You'll analyze website performance,

using analytics tools to report on KPIs, draw actionable insights, and continuously improve our digital strategies.

You'll collaborate with the broader global marketing team

and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality execution across all digital touchpoints and to leverage their specialties (content writing, demand generation, design, etc.)

You'll coordinate with the Demand team and customer marketing team

to produce the monthly newsletter in HubSpot



Requirements for the position include:




Proven experience in digital marketing, website management (WordPress), SEO, and digital asset management. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. Creative, curious, and always looking for ways to improve processes and results.



Nice to have qualification for this position include:




Marketing Automation Skills - Proficiency in marketing automation platforms beyond HubSpot (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp) for more sophisticated campaign management. Graphic Design and Video Editing -Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva for creating compelling visual content and short videos. Copywriting and Content Creation -Strong copywriting skills for blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. International/Multilingual Marketing Experience running campaigns in multiple languages or regions, especially if targeting global AECO markets.
