We are looking to welcome a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist into our team.
Reporting to the Creative Director & CEO, this position will be responsible for all our ecommerce platforms B2B/B2C maintenance and contribute to the growth of these channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be the driving force in building revenues, brand image, and managing marketing across digital platforms. Our desired candidate is enthusiastic, proactive, creative and has a strong attention to detail.
Maintain and elevate our various B2B digital platforms.
Manage our product inventory (upload new products, update existing products)
Work with cross functional teams creating new product listings, including writing descriptions, obtaining accurate product information, coordinating the acquisition of digital assets (ex. pictures, images)
Monitor and respond to online product reviews.
Daily ecommerce support: product uploads, copywriting, website maintenance, digital merchandising and content creation.
Able to work independently and sometimes outside standard work hours (evening and weekend work may be necessary occasionally to meet product launch deadlines)
Provide weekly reports on performance and sales.
Website performance: constantly monitor and strive to improve website performance.
Website content management: ensure all online content, homepage assets, navigation, and product merchandising are aligned to meet all requirements on the content and marketing calendars.
Lead Content Management and website development including optimizing SEO and SEM and experience with E-Commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.).
Order fulfillment for B2C online retail ecommerce channels
Maintain and create new online product listings across different various ecommerce channels (someone specializing in Amazon and similar experiences would be an asset)
Monitor and update online inventory.
Monitor ecommerce sales performance and contribute in online marketing strategies
Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Customer service assistance as needed.
Order fulfillment experience is an asset.
Minimum 2-4-year experience with online Marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Best buy, others).
Experience in administrative work.
Organized, able to multi-task and coordinate priorities.
Must have excellent professional English skills, both written and interpersonal.
Positive personality, with excellent phone and customer service skills.
Strong computer skills and able to troubleshoot independently and adapt to new technology.
Experienced with Microsoft Office apps.
A creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
Familiarity with website management using WordPress.
Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
Quick learner and self-starter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
