Digital Marketing Specialist (korean/english)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media/outlets through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, newsletters, and Google search and display advertising (Google Ads).
  • Accountable for all paid and organic digital marketing initiatives. Coordinate and execute campaigns on appropriate platforms/channels, tracking performance and optimizing approach to drive improved results. Help formulate the social media budgets and spends.
  • Proactively create and/or coordinate event registration, newsletters, videos, photography, templates, presentations, infographics and other assets.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the clients\xe2\x80\x99 social media content that aligns with the overall communications plan and related campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, reach, and conversion.
  • Responsible for maintaining the editorial calendar, and creating all digital content, templates, and assets.
  • Support the In Your Daylight\xe2\x80\x99s senior leadership social strategy by developing and publishing strategic content, supporting community management, and developing thought leadership strategies.
  • Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals and KPIs. Develop regular reports to track performance and leverage insights to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Follows social media, YouTube and industry news & trends
  • Genuine interest / early adopter of digital technology & innovation
Qualifications
  • Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • SEO & SEM experiences with SEMRush
  • CRM experiences
  • Lead the strategy and creation of paid social media ads (including Meta (Facebook), Instagram, Pinterest, Google Ads and Yelp)
  • Reside in Toronto + GTA
