• Develop social media content that is consistent with the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand
• Create engaging, consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms
• Communicate with social media followers including responding to questions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions
• Analyze and report on social media marketing efforts
• Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends
• Optimize the company website and keep it current with up-to-date news and information
• Foster community interaction

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma in communications, marketing, or related field or;
• Two years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate setting
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective users
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats
• Public relations and marketing experience an asset
