Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - Admin Assistant Anticipated Start Date: June 12, 2023 Hours of Work Per Week: 37.5 hours Hourly Wage: $18/hour
Description of duties: Critical role In driving the company\'s marketing efforts and efficient inventory management. You will support designs for various purposes, implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic, assist in increasing sales strategies, deploy email and marketing campaigns and develop strategies for improved conversions and online branding. You will also track inventory levels, balance inventory, and maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand. Skills and Experience:

• * Knowledge of graphic design principles by any design tool (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) to create visually compelling designs for diverse applications. *Experience in planning, developing, and deploying Email Automation using Mailchimp and Social Media marketing campaigns. * Basic knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content marketing, resulting in consistently high page rankings. *Knowledge of managing retention advertising strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads, etc.). *Adept in developing and implementing retention advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others, to increase customer retention and drive revenue growth. *Proficient in using Wordpress or Shopify to manage inventory and ensure accuracy across our Digital Platforms. *Skilled in balancing inventory levels and maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer demand, while minimizing overstocking.
