Digital Marketing Manager

who knows how to craft a compelling online presence -- someone who can see the big picture and bring it to life through smart, hands-on execution.



You'll be at the helm of the firm's digital presence, driving strategy and execution across platforms. You'll shape how the world sees Lerners online -- and you'll do it in a way that's bold, smart, and distinctly us.

This mid-level position is ideal for a digital marketing rising star seeking a high-impact role with significant opportunity to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and support business development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities




1. Social Media Strategy & Execution




Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Podcasts and YouTube) to support lead generation and client engagement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling, on-brand content that aligns with marketing campaigns and firm priorities. Monitor trends and platform updates to ensure the firm remains competitive and relevant.

2. Revenue Enablement via Digital Channels




Use paid social media advertising and organic campaigns to drive traffic to conversion-optimized landing pages. Oversee digital budget, in conjunction with team leaders. Track and report digital and social campaigns' ROI, including lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue attribution. Partner with business development and practice groups to amplify the stories of thought leadership and client success.

3. Website Content Optimization




Audit and enhance website content to improve SEO and user experience. Collaborate with content creators and technical teams to ensure pages are optimized for search engines and conversion. Monitor website performance metrics and implement improvements based on analytics.

4. Content & Campaign Management




Oversee creating and distributing digital content (videos, infographics, blogs) that supports client acquisition and retention. Work closely with Business Development to conduct keyword research for content development Align digital content calendars with firm-wide initiatives, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts.

5. Analytics & Optimization




Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital platforms. Make informed data-driven recommendations and decisions to improve and optimize campaigns. Provide reporting with actionable insights to improve engagement and revenue outcomes.

6. Internal Collaboration & Enablement




Train lawyers and staff on social media, content best practices, and personal branding. Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand and business development objectives across all digital touchpoints.

Ideal Candidate Profile




5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a professional services setting such as the legal industry. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing would be considered an asset. Strong understanding of, and hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, LinkedIn/Facebook ads, relevant digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Semrush, Search Console, etc.), content strategy, and analytics. Experience with CRM systems, social media platforms and website CMS tools. Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools would be considered an asset. A proven ability to build brand awareness and drive revenue growth, with a strong portfolio of digital work that shows you can think strategically and execute flawlessly. An ability to quickly establish credibility with a variety of audiences. Excellent communication and project management skills.
