Working under the leadership of the Vice-President of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be focused on developing strategies for our digital marketing efforts, monitoring the results and support continuous improvement. The digital marketing manager will work with the marketing team, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. With their competencies in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, user experience and web analytics, the digital marketing manager will be the digital expert of the marketing team translating the needs of Eddyfi Technologies into state-of-the-art digital presence.


In this role, you will:
  • Define requirements for creating, improving, or maintaining digital infrastructure (websites) and tools to support growth.
  • Develop strategies to improve our digital presence across all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team for deliverables in alignment with core brand messaging/creative guidance and with the marketing operations for project management.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against goals (ROI and KPIs), identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on insights.
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across channels and touchpoints using powerful analytics.
  • Identify conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate new and emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective on their adoption, as appropriate.

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or relevant combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Experience with landing page and user funnel optimization
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experimentation
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Baidu and Naver campaigns
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and programmatic advertising
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and limitations
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and Magento platforms and their limitations
  • Working knowledge of a marketing automation platform (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to write and speak French is a plus, but not required.
