Summary of Functions:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing & Media Strategist to strengthen and grow our online presence, lead conversion, and overall brand visibility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in digital marketing, website creation and servicing, and strategic planning. This role requires creativity, organization, and the ability to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive measurable results. You will collaborate closely with our Social Media Coordinator and leadership team to ensure all marketing efforts align with business goals.
Requirements for the Position:
Strong knowledge of
PPC ad management
(Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, etc.)
Ability to
analyze and improve organic search visibility (SEO)
Extensive understanding of
WordPress and website management
Familiarity with
CRM systems
and campaign creation
Experience with
email marketing
, customer segmentation, and performance analysis
Knowledge of
affiliate program management
and online marketplaces (a plus)
Proven experience in
social media marketing
and strategy development
Strong
analytical skills
for tracking website and campaign performance
Excellent
communication skills
for gathering requirements and reporting updates
Ability to
multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects independently
Demonstrated track record of delivering successful marketing projects and solving business challenges
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct a
daily morning accountability check-in
between 8:30-9:00 AM
Prepare for and participate in
team coaching calls and activities
Live and promote our
Mission Statement and values
in day-to-day work
Prospect and represent the team
within the community
Support the
production and scheduling of events, podcasts, videos, and campaigns
Perform additional assignments as directed by the team leader
