On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team of dedicated professionals. This position can be based on campus or remotely.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager's core focus is to drive and track engagement with Mount Allison's website and social media channels to support business processes that support the academic mission as well as organizational health and sustainability - in particular, prospective student applications, online giving/ fundraising, and alumni engagement. The role involves developing and overseeing an analytical framework to assess traffic on Mount Allison's digital assets and sharing insights with colleagues to support effective website and social media content and paid digital advertising. To do this, the Digital Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues in University Advancement, Admissions and Recruiting, periodically other departments at Mount Allison, as well as external vendors.

As the ideal candidate, you are a driven and strategic marketing professional possessing a minimum of five years' experience in the field of digital marketing. A proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns, along with experience implementing paid and organic search strategies within an overall SEO strategy, is essential. Experience working within a post-secondary institution in a similar role, and/or experience developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns for a post-secondary institution client, will be preferred. Experience working with digital media buying companies; familiarity with assessing the performance of paid digital and social media campaigns managed by third parties, will be key to success in this role. You possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills allow you to translate complex material into actionable insights for revenue-generating departments. You are able to build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues across the University. Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field is required, and any additional training or courses related to digital marketing will be considered strong assets.
