Effectively collaborate with team members to plan, design, execute and maintain all internal and external online communications, such as e-newsletters, email and advertising campaigns, and social media;
Create content to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include e-books, bulletins/whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
Manage and execute content strategies across different social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin & Pinterest.
Manage the development of content while working with SEO team.
Develop and execute paid media strategies on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to generate conversions.
Report on both organic and paid campaigns.
Weekly and monthly editorial calendar management.
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis.
Keep up with industry trends, insights, topics and best practices.
Collaborate with other firm members to create high-quality copy and content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals;
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
Contribute to the development of an annual marketing plan
Organizing and attending events and other marketing opportunities on behalf of the firm
