We are located in the Sage Creek area... at the south end of the city.
About us
We are looking for an IT Professional to join our team, in addition to customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing network and system problems, and providing technical assistance to users. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of computer systems, and the ability to work independently. Candidate should have the ability to work with Windows Desktop, Microsoft 365 Proucts including Word and Excel front-end web development. In addition the candidate should have the ability to create and manage advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Kijiji.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Perform system maintenance and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Maintain and manage advertising campaigns
- Monitor system performance and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.
