For the Digital Designer role at S+G, we are looking for someone with 1+ years of experience and knowledge in graphic design or web development for digital marketing use cases. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who has strong design skills. They should be able to communicate effectively in order to understand the criteria of a project and deliver a carefully crafted design. This candidate should be able to collect feedback on various projects and if necessary, adapt their approach for future projects. We also want someone who is up for the challenges and opportunities that come with working for a scaleup, growth company.



Schedule: Part-time/Contract, flexible



Office Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (remote first)

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the Digital Strategists to develop and design impactful ads for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and many more. Design and build landing pages in Unbounce/Landingi to A/B test designs and increasing conversion rates.

What We're Looking For:

A strong portfolio showcasing your digital designs such as ads, landing pages or websites. 1+ year of relevant work experience creating ad designs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Figma or Canva. Working knowledge of Unbounce/Landingi and copy writing abilities is a huge asset. Passion about conversion rate optimization and great performing ads. The ability to time-manage and collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously. Working within deadlines with a continued emphasis on project detail. The ability to accept constructive feedback and apply changes where required.

It's a bonus if you have experience in...

Web development experience using platforms like Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, etc. Motion or video graphics
