One of our major banking clients is looking for a Digital Marketing Designer - Adobe, Form Designs/ Creating Copy, AODA
Length: 12 months contract with a possibility of an extension or permanent
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (1 day a month in office)
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

ROLE MANDATE:
Supports the delivery of InvestorLine\'s digital forms in partnership with (but not limited to) the Client Experience and Business Operations functions. Designs, develops, and enhances digital forms by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, to enable InvestorLine to meet clients\' user experience needs while complying with legal and regulatory direction.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

  • Presents form design concepts at stakeholder review meetings and engages in a friendly critique session to come up with form updates.
  • Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation, and sustainment of form design solutions.
  • Working with external vendors to implement existing form design patterns, style guides, and accessibility (AODA- Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) guidelines, while contributing to their continuous improvement.
  • Develops an understanding of the customer and regulatory requirements to recommend changes to and evolve forms.
  • Maintains repository of forms inventory- via excel- this is a master copy kept on file for the Web design team
  • Learn and develop new digital interactive form creation tool
  • Makes all changes to paper-based forms using Microsoft Word or Power Point, Adobe, and the no-code application used at InvestorLine for web-based forms
  • Completes ad-hoc tasks as assigned
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
  • Experience with creating copy, evaluating digital form designs, coordinating project activities, and tracking project and process activity
  • Technical skills required: Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite (will be required design, create, and edit forms in Microsoft Power point, creating PDF fillable content and AODA tagging updates; modify forms in Adobe)
  • Familiarity with AODA, WCAG 2.0 and 2.1, and PDF accessibility requirements preferred
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop relevant technical skills (will be required to learn to use no-code application to create and edit webforms)

  • Fluent in French
