Coordinate Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and report on performance.
Engage with audience and track KPIs
Asset Creation & Management
Source or create basic visuals (Canva or similar)
Maintain content libraries and digital assets
Work with designers, photographers, and video crew to coordinate production
Analytics & Reporting
Compile performance reports (Meta, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc.)
Deliver monthly snapshots of campaign effectiveness
Recommend tactical changes based on trends and data
Event Coordination
Support event planning (trade shows, dyno days, community events)
Manage logistics, merch, signage, and onsite setup
Document and promote events across channels
Merch & Apparel Management
Oversee Dirty Diesel merch and apparel production
Coordinate reorders, product launches, and promos
Track inventory and performance of new drops
Video Team Collaboration
Assist with video shoot planning and production
Source trucks, locations, scripts, and schedules
Ensure post-shoot content aligns with marketing calendar
Who You Are
1-3 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce (auto/diesel a bonus)
Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Shopify, and social platforms
Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva or Adobe)
Analytical mindset -- you don't just guess, you test
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
