Compensation:

$38,000-42,000 annually

Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator position assists the marketing team in Amazon Vendor/Seller Management, Shopify Management, coordination of promotions across digital channels, and general marketing support.

Amazon Vendor/Seller Central

o Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords

o Submit and track promotional, event, and marketing forms within Vendor/Seller Central

o Monitor account health, sales performance, and inventory levels

o Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of promotions

o Manage advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) and analyze results

Shopify

o Update product pages, pricing, and inventory in Shopify to maintain multiple online storefronts

o Coordinate creative requests for new product imagery, banners, and promotional graphics

o Ensure site design, copy, and visuals meet brand guidelines and provide a consistent customer

experience

o Test and troubleshoot site changes to ensure functionality and mobile optimization

o Create promotional campaigns, discount codes, and landing pages

o Review analytics to assess site performance and implement improvments

o Support influencer and affiliate partnerships by coordinating product, tracking posts, and

gathering performance data

DTC External Channels

o Develop, schedule, and publish content across paid and organic website partners

o Coordinate creative needs for ads, social content, and landing page assets with design/copy

o Monitor performance metrics to recommend optimizations

o Maintain brand consistency across all external digital placements,

o Research emerging platforms, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities

o Coordinate timelines and deliverables for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

across digital touchpoints

Role Requirements

o Experience in Shopify's e-com platform

o Experience running advertisements on: Google, Meta

o Knowledge of the Adobe suite or Canva

o Comfortable with Microsoft 365 suite

o Comfortable with new technology and software programs

Roles Assets

o Understanding of the context of CPG & Speciality Coffee industries

o Amazon Vendor/Seller Central

o Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices
