We are a US-based digital marketing agency in our 14th year in business, serving 30-40 clients, working as a small team. Clients are across North America in healthcare, skilled trades, professional services, and more. We deliver digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social ads, social content, email newsletter, video production, and websites.

Summary

We are seeking an team member for 40 hours a week as a contract worker. The candidate select for this role will develop and load website content and improvements, track actions done by coders to maintain and advance projects, and support internal data handling and other tasks. Remote, during 9AM-5PM Central USA (Chicago time). Roll will be for 40 hours of work now and for the forseeable future, but can change based on need.

Responsibilities

Track and check developer/coder tasks to deliver websites and landing pages using themes and approved designs. Organize notes, approved design direction, and content to task developers. Publish blog posts and website content edits. Complete SEO audits, competitor data reports using our process. Load sheets of SEO optimizations to websites and offsite properties. Learn and use Looker Studio to handle reports. Capture metrics on schedule. Complete SEO site scans using tools and convert results into actions. Learn paid media management to support campaign reporting and improvements.

Requirements

Highly organized and able to keep projects on schedule and on quality. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and grammar. Very detail oriented and able to follow our processes. A confident, motivated self-starter who can serve the team by driving actions to completion using a service-oriented approach. Some direct experience with digital marketing areas such as SEO, social media ads, paid search ads. Strong capacity to learn new areas of digital marketing quickly. Able to work in our business hours.
