The role focuses on four core areas: paid digital marketing, social media branding, digital analytics, and web and special projects. The incumbent will be a proactive and data-driven digital marketer with international experience and the ability to deliver compelling, results-oriented campaigns that engage global audiences.

Paid Digital Marketing

The incumbent leads the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of all paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Search and Display, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. While campaign objectives will be set in consultation with recruiters or the Associate Director, the incumbent is expected to independently determine audience targeting, calls to action, and creative direction. The role requires frequent monitoring and performance tuning, as well as producing actionable campaign reports with clear recommendations.

The incumbent will also conduct competitor benchmarking, monitor trends, and assist in social media performance reporting. Additionally, the role involves sourcing student testimonials and contributing to the social media calendar to maintain a vibrant, student-centred brand voice.

Digital Analytics

The incumbent is responsible for building and delivering regular and ad-hoc reports using native ad platforms and Google Analytics. Reporting will assess both campaign effectiveness (creative performance, cost-efficiency, audience engagement) and website performance (traffic behaviour, conversion rates, user interaction). The incumbent will translate insights into recommendations that support data-informed decision-making.

Web

and

Special Projects

As the main point of contact for content updates on the Humber Global website, the incumbent will take a proactive and responsive approach to maintaining up-to-date, user-focused web content. This includes liaising with subject matter experts and identifying outdated information that needs revision. The incumbent will also support special projects such as interactive viewbooks (e.g., through Edukudu), coordinating open house promotion, and working with third-party vendors on international campaigns.
