As a company, our primary focus is on website building, maintenance and SEO to grow our clients' online presence. You will be part of this exciting, evolving industry.
We are seeking a reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support website management, content creation, design, client communication, and marketing execution. This is a hands-on role and our first full-time hire, offering the opportunity to grow alongside the company and play a key role in shaping how we operate and grow.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable switching between different tasks and priorities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, uses both creative and analytical thinking, enjoys contributing across multiple areas of the business, and is eager to take their marketing career to the next level.
The Role
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns for client projects and SelexWeb-owned properties.
Manage and update WordPress websites (primarily with Elementor), including pages, blog posts, and on-site content.
Create, write, and edit website and blog content for clients across various industries.
Design and update digital assets using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Write clear, engaging copy for websites, blogs, and other marketing materials.
Manage social media pages, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content.
Communicate with clients about content updates, feedback, and ongoing marketing tasks, helping build strong professional relationships.
Attend occasional networking and community events with the team.
Adapt to changing priorities and support various tasks as business needs evolve.
Report directly to the business owner and collaborate closely while following established workflows and processes or help refine them.
You
Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing, marketing coordination, or web-related role.
Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor, including creating and updating pages and posts.
Exposure to SEO best practices, or a strong interest in learning and applying them.
Graphic design experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (basic-intermediate level is sufficient).
Copywriting experience, including blog and website content.
Social media management experience for organization or business pages.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills.
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a small-team environment.
Confident working directly with clients and representing the company professionally.
Post-secondary education in digital marketing, communications, business, or a related field; and/or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for campaigns.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics software.
