Midland is currently seeking a \xe2\x80\x9cDigital Coordinator\xe2\x80\x9d reporting to the Digital Creative Lead. The Digital Coordinator will support and optimize Midland\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing programs across various channels including digital and traditional platforms. The digital coordinator will help drive our digital narrative, enhance our brand presence, and improve digital communication with customers in order to encourage strategic business growth.

The successful candidate will be an initiative-taking individual with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, an excellent communicator and will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma with a concentration in Marketing or Advertising or related Business field.
• 2-4 years of experience preferably a marketing, branding, or communications role.
• Project Management experience with a solid understanding of project management techniques.
• Experience working with social media and other promotional platforms to manage content and analyze results.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experienced in copywriting and copy editing.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing technologies and related software platforms including CMS.
• Experience in Graphic design and design software an asset.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Midland\xe2\x80\x99s content calendar for all digital web/social media platforms.
• Source, edit and optimize content across all platforms including digital and traditional while ensuring brand consistency and adherence to our brand standard guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on brand content creation inclusive of all marketing related initiatives for the business, both for internal and external stakeholders and with external vendors.
• Manage and support digital analytics and support optimization of SEO.
• Help to coordinate marketing events and digital product launches.
• Manage regular communication, alerts and contacts made via web and social media sites.
