Job Description

The

Digital Marketing Coordinator

plays a key role in bringing our brands to life across all digital platforms. Reporting to the Brand Manager and Senior Marketing Manager, this role ensures our online presence is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with marketing, graphics, content, and design teams to support campaigns that inspire and inform our audience.

Key Responsibilities



Website Management



Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency. Partner with Graphics and Content teams to deliver on-schedule updates and campaigns. Implement campaign pages, product launches, and promotional content. Apply SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility. Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate solutions as needed.

Email Marketing



Plan, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Manage subscriber lists, segments, and audience targeting strategies. Design visually compelling email templates using available and original assets. Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and adjust strategies to improve results. Stay current with industry best practices in email strategy, design, and deliverability.

Content Management



Coordinate content needs across teams to support website, email, and campaign execution. Write on-brand, engaging copy for digital platforms. Optimize content for SEO, clarity, and user experience. Support proofreading for marketing and sales materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to support organizational initiatives. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns and timelines. Contribute ideas that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications



Required



1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, email marketing, or a related field. Strong proficiency with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar). Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or comparable). Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to multiple brand voices. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, graphics, and sales teams. Comfortable analyzing campaign performance data and making recommendations.

Preferred



Experience in a consumer goods, textile, craft, or creative industry environment. Familiarity with basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent). Working knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance dashboards. Experience optimizing content for SEO/UX and improving site visibility. Knowledge of email automation sequences, segmentation, and A/B testing. Enthusiasm for fabrics, quilting, or creative communities (a plus but not required).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
