Marino's Auto Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator in Etobicoke!

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with senior management to support the planning and execution of customer marketing platforms. You will support the creation and delivery of incredible customer-facing content on our social media platforms.

Job Duties and Expectations:

Manage and coordinate marketing and creatives.

Assisting management with strategic initiatives and programs to market current promotions.

Collaborate with advertising agency.

Coordinate with the sales, service, and fixed ops to produce effective strategies for promotions.

Monitor current campaigns.

Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.

Post on all platforms - brand standards.

Filming and coordinating content with the team.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of direct work experience in a marketing capacity.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partner.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivating with excellent work ethic.
• Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills and understanding of technology.
• Understanding and expertise in brand building and brand management, as well as managing profiles on social media platforms.
• High level of proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
