About the team

We\xe2\x80\x99re an energetic and creative marketing team (product, digital media, customer loyalty, social and PR comms), who work to deliver amazing customer experiences for our TurboTax users. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a candidate who is passionate about marketing, learning and creative problem solving. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be involved at every step of the projects you\'re working on - from gathering insights, brainstorming, creative execution to launching awesome campaigns.

What you\'ll bring

  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate program in a related field and be able to work from May 2023 - August 2023
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail oriented and pay close attention to the specifics of problems, questions, and projects.

How you will lead

  • Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
  • Manage the daily activities of the social and communications team composed of writers, graphic designers and other industry partners.
  • Assist with launching social campaigns.
  • Create and update the social content calendar and processes.
  • Manage the work back schedule for campaigns.
  • Monitor the social media platforms.
  • Track analytics to monitor performance and success.
