Position Purpose:



We are looking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant who possesses the skills required to bring on new clientele. As a

Digital Marketing Consultant Sales,

you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. You will be responsible for understanding clients' digital marketing needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.

Education & Professional Qualification:



Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.

Experience:



3+ years of proven work experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:



Cold-calling in order to create interest in our services and generate new business leads. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Follow up on customer calls on a daily basis. Generate qualified opportunities through networking events, outbound calling, seminars/webinars, and various other sales-oriented activities. Identify clients' goals, budget, and their vision for their business. Propose tailor-made marketing strategies to clients through our state of the art proposal system. Advice clients on their ongoing marketing campaigns managed by Reach First. Provide business consultation to clients to help them streamline their marketing processes. Interacting with the project managers to ensure assets are developed to clients' satisfaction. Consistently review, analyze, adjust and report on results achieved on all campaigns. Keep clients up to date on their latest metrics and dynamic marketing campaigns. Performing market research & providing feedback on future buying trends. Complete call logs and reports. Obtain new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

Requirements:



Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online research. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential target segments. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our service offerings and client profiles. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their digital marketing needs, objectives, and pain points. Develop customized digital marketing proposals and strategies based on client requirements. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services and how they address the client's specific challenges. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services, case studies, and success stories. Effectively communicate complex digital marketing concepts in a simple and understandable manner. Address client queries and objections, providing transparent and informative responses. Lead negotiations and overcome objections to secure new contracts and partnerships. Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of services. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by being a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and insights. Stay updated on industry trends and proactively share relevant information with clients to enhance their digital marketing strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team. Attend business and networking events and conferences, traveling may be required (expenses will be covered by company) Perform other relevant tasks as per requirement.

Compensation:



Base Salary plus commission Residual Commission Model
