JamFit Energy Studio is a vibrant, community-focused fitness hub dedicated to health, movement, and inclusivity. With our expansion into the Kanata community, we're looking for a creative and highly organized Digital Marketing Assistant to help us share our mission, attract new clients, and amplify our impact through powerful marketing strategies.

, where you'll work closely with the leadership team to drive community engagement, boost program awareness, and help turn leads into long-term members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attract Traffic
Create engaging, on-brand social media content using AI tools
Schedule and post daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Write and send daily lead-generating emails
Build and maintain our website (WordPress or similar)
Create a 90-day social media calendar
Manage and grow our Facebook groups with a lead-generation focus
Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social platforms
Track and report on marketing metrics, lead flow, and social growth
Conduct basic SEO research and write blog posts using AI assistance
Perform competitor research and local market analysis
2. Capture Leads
Design and build marketing funnels using AI-assisted tools
Create high-converting landing pages and opt-in forms
Build and manage lead magnets and downloadable resources
Set up and maintain booking calendars and CRM integrations
Link funnels and forms with email automation and follow-ups
3. Nurture Relationships
Write and send nurturing emails using pre-built sequences
Create engaging subject lines and responsive email design
Build and moderate studio-related Facebook groups
Track email campaign performance and engagement
Set up and use "email super signatures" for lead generation
Engage in daily online and in-person community interactions
4. Convert to Cash
Build and monitor sales funnels for events, class passes, and services
Set up booking and sales consult systems (forms, calendars, Zoom links)
Manage sales follow-up systems and consult tracking
Automate pre- and post-appointment email sequences
5. Deliver & Delight
Support the setup and management of our online course portal (if applicable)
Assist with customer service, inbox replies, and scheduling via email or DM
Create branded templates for events, promotions, and course materials
Build and automate client onboarding email flows
Design and distribute client surveys and manage feedback
6. Upsell & Cross-Sell
Set up email automations for upsells and add-ons
Build upsell-focused landing pages for memberships and merch
Monitor customer activity and suggest cross-sell opportunities
Help launch products or services with targeted email and funnel campaigns
7. Referrals & Testimonials
Build feedback funnels and client satisfaction surveys
Request, collect, and repurpose testimonials from happy clients
Create and update testimonial sections on website and social media
Launch referral campaigns to reward and grow our client community
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in marketing or admin-related work (fitness industry a plus)
Excellent written communication and creativity
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google and CRM Systems
Highly organized, able to work independently and on-site at our Kanata studio
Passion for fitness, wellness, and building a strong community presence
