This is a unique role and opportunity to work with a team on a mission to rethink the future of work and the software we use to create meaningful employee experiences.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit to join the go-to-market team of our innovation lab. Each team member is a super contributor and works directly with the leadership team and founders to help commercialize Workleap\xe2\x80\x99s new products and product features.

We are looking for a seasoned copywriter to work at the intersection of product and marketing, to tell our story to the market at each step of the customer journey.

The Digital Marketer develops and executes marketing strategies that help drive user acquisition, increase customer retention, and ultimately grow the business. This may involve activities such as conducting market research, creating and managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing the website for search engines, creating and promoting content such as blog posts, webinars, and e-books, managing email marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to measure the success of marketing efforts. The person must have a strong understanding of the industry and target audience, be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) in order to grow traffic & conversion on all our platforms.
  • Increase the number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impacts.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • In collaboration with the team, create a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia delivered for the web to support the organization\'s image, identity and brands.
  • Ensures that the organization\'s website provides up-to-date and comprehensive product information that is easily available to existing and potential customers.
  • Establish and manage the relationships with search engines that are strategically aligned with the digital goals.

  • Digital marketing activities: 80%.
  • Collaboration with peers and superiors: 20% .
What does your future team look like?

You will join the marketing team of the Workleap\xe2\x80\x99s innovation lab, currently consisting of 4 people:
  • 1 Director of Marketing & Go-to-market.
  • 1 Digital Marketer.
  • 1 Designer.
  • 1 Product Content Manager (that\xe2\x80\x99s you!).
  • 2 Heads of Product.
What are the newest challenges awaiting your team?
  • We need to uncover promising market segments that will generate growth for our 2 new products: Softstart and Talentscope.
  • We need to narrow down on the right positioning and value proposition for our persona and target market segments.
  • We need to double revenue quarter over quarter and therefore scale our lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical mind with good data analysis and communication skills;
  • Creative thinker/problem solver able to effectively translate strategic insights into deliverables;
  • Excels at cross-functional collaboration with content writers, product leaders, designers and other internal and external stakeholders like customers and partners;
  • Organized, self-driven and autonomous individual contributor who thrives in a lean startup environment;
  • Strong strategic and analytical mind able to analyze feedback and formulate data-driven strategies;
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS landscape.
