What You'll Do
Plan, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok to increase traffic
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce effective, conversion-focused creative
Develop and manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and reporting dashboards
Interpret data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve campaign performance
Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and new strategies
Run A/B tests on creative and copy, using results to inform ongoing optimization
What You Bring
2+ years of experience running paid digital campaigns
Proven track record in analyzing data to optimize performance and guide decision-making
Hands-on experience managing performance marketing budgets
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other major platforms
Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, including setup and management of tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager
Experience setting up and managing Meta Pixels
Creative thinking with a strong grasp of ad copy, CTA strategy, and audience targeting
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, food/hospitality, or grocery/retail industries
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
