Digital Marketing Specialist.

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about digital marketing? We're looking for someone who thrives on data, knows how to generate leads online, and can amplify our brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Optimize our website for SEO/SEM to drive organic traffic and improve rankings Track and report on campaign performance (ROI, CPL, CTR, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others Manage and grow our email marketing and CRM lists with automation and segmentation Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, blogs) Monitor online reviews and manage reputation across Google and social platforms

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in home services or construction Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing Proficiency with Canva, Google Analytics, WordPress, and email tools like Mailchimp Excellent written and visual communication skills Self-starter who's highly organized and results-driven Photography/video editing skills and experience with short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)
