Digital Marketing Specialist

to amplify our brand online and create compelling content--especially Reels and short-form videos.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a creative marketer with hands-on experience in video content, paid ads, and social engagement. You will manage Pizza Palazzo's digital marketing presence, with a strong focus on creating high-performing Reels and video assets across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Film, edit, and publish

Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikToks

Run paid digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Capture content at store locations using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or mobile devices Edit videos using tools such as

CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

Create and manage social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics Manage Pizza Palazzo's email and SMS campaigns Support in-store and franchise promotions with digital content Travel locally for content production as required

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation Proven experience creating engaging Reels, TikToks, or similar short-form content Strong skills in CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools Comfortable operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting/mic setups Excellent understanding of current digital trends and social algorithms Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (required for local store visits) Must be eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $37,098.08-$50,000.00 per year
