Marquis is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Helper to join our dynamic team at our Scarborough manufacturing site. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a passion for quality and efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a variety of basic machinery, including drills, shrink wrappers, and more. Pack, label, and inspect boxes to ensure the accuracy and quality of printed materials. Safely lift and stack printed materials, ensuring proper organization. Follow and interpret work orders, complete skid tags, and gather necessary supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support team productivity. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following all Health and Safety policies and procedures. Assist the Operator with additional tasks as required to meet production needs.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience is an asset; printing industry experience is a plus. Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machinery. A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to workplace safety. Strong communication skills, with good command of English (both verbal and written). Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
