We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing visual concepts for various projects, including websites, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visuals for websites, logos, advertisements, brochures, and other materials.
  • Use computer software to create designs and layouts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and techniques.
  • Maintain a portfolio of work.
  • Determining technical requirements for graphic design projects
  • Developing digital media plans that supports marketing strategy
  • Designing and Developing brand guideline
  • Designing mood boards, storyboards, and conceptual pitch material
  • Deep understanding of typography in modern web design
  • Experience in planning, organizing the artwork for marketing initiatives
  • Experience in producing web pages and web-based digital design deliverables
  • Participating in discovery phase and defining the design projects\xe2\x80\x99 scope
  • Creating visually compelling designs aligning with brand guidelines and creative directions
  • Working with the digital team to produce creative and functional design solutions
  • Graphic design for various client and internal projects
  • Producing outreach and promotional material
  • Supporting the content creation for Social Media and blog posts of our website
  • Verifying marketing collateral adhering to brand identity and guidelines
  • Designing User Interfaces, UI Kits, responsive design adhering to modern web design best practices
  • User Experience Design, identifying opportunities to optimize the user experience and creating business value
  • Participating in brainstorming and ideation sessions supporting the concept design and prototyping
  • Working with development team to ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Client Care and communication, working with clients to understand their requirements
  • Strong communication, collaborative, and organizational skills with great attention to details
  • Excellent knowledge of macOS and the Adobe suite of creative tools
  • Experience with digital advertising requirements and approach
Requirements and skills
  • 3+ Years of industry experience
  • Diploma in Graphic design or visual arts or equivalent visual design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience and keen interest in digital design projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $40,000.00 per year Benefits:

  • Toronto, ON M5T 2C2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (preferred)
Experience:
  • Digital design: 3 years (preferred)
