Position Overview:

SoHum Scent Bar is seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Experience Curator to join our team. As a Digital Experience Curator, you are responsible for shaping how SoHum is experienced online -- through captivating visuals, intentional storytelling, and seamless digital touchpoints that reflect the brand's luxury, sensory, and community-driven identity.

This role blends creativity and strategy to ensure every post, ad, and piece of digital content evokes the same connection and calm customers feel when they step into SoHum.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Storytelling

Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with SoHum's seasonal campaigns, brand tone, and aesthetic.

Curate and design visually stunning content (graphics, photography direction, reels) that embodies SoHum's sensory and editorial feel.

Write engaging, on-brand captions and ad copy that invite emotion, curiosity, and conversion.

2. Brand Identity & Digital Presence

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website, email).

Work closely with the founder to translate in-store experiences and new collections into digital narratives.

Ensure digital content reflects SoHum's refined, minimalist aesthetic and community values.

3. Campaign Planning & Advertising

Conceptualize, design, and execute digital ad campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Monitor and adjust ad performance, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience insights.

Develop monthly content calendars and seasonal campaign plans.

4. Creative Collaboration

Partner with photographers, content creators, and local collaborators to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.

Stay attuned to trends in luxury lifestyle, fragrance, and experiential marketing to inspire fresh campaign ideas.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
