Job Summary
The Digital Denture Designer will be responsible for digital case design, CAM preparation and production coordination for complete and partial dentures. You are detail-driven, understand dental morphology and occlusion and can translate clinical data into precise digital designs optimized for milling and printing workflows.
Duties
Design full and partial dentures using 3Shape Dental System and CAD/CAM workflows. Prepare and optimize CAM files for milling and 3D printing. Operate, calibrate and maintain milling and printing equipment. Review scan data and ensure accurate fit, function and esthetics. Collaborate with clinical teams to meet design and production timelines. Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols within the laboratory.
Requirements
2+ years' experience in dental CAD/CAM design. Proficient in 3Shape Dental System; Exocad experience an asset. Strong understanding of dental morphology, occlusion and digital workflows. Experience with 3D printing, milling and STL mesh repair tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines and respond to constructive feedback. Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced lab setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
