Leadership & Team Management

3+ years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary team of 5+ individuals. Lead and inspire a team of multi-disciplinary creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Mentor and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth. Oversee project workflows and resource allocation within the Creative Shop, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Design Craftsmanship & AI Mastery

5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment. Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D). Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams. A proactive curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly) in the design process.
